Melissa Waldinger

Melissa Waldinger is the founder of the Law Offices of Melissa Waldinger, P.A.  She has practiced extensively in Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate since 2001. Her practice focuses on Family Law, Domestic Violence, Child Support, Paternity, Alimony and Civil Litigation.

 

Melissa earned her Bachelors degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law.  Melissa was admitted to practice law in 2001, and has been admitted to practice in the Federal courts, including both the Middle and Southern District of Florida, and has been in her own Private Practice since 2003. She is a member of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar, a Member of the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar and a Member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
