Florida Child Custody Representation
Child Custody (Time Sharing)
Child custody, often referred to as Time-sharing, is where the law states that all decisions are guided by the best interests of the child. The determination of the best interests of the child is made by evaluating all of the factors affecting the welfare and best interests of the minor children while also taking into consideration the circumstances of the family. Courts evaluate a range of factors affecting the child’s well-being and the family’s circumstances. While the law generally supports shared parental responsibility and equal (50/50) time-sharing, judges have discretion to evaluate the specific circumstances put forth before them to consider another arrangement other than the 50/50) time-sharing.
An experienced Attorney, Melissa Waldinger will argue in your favor for the 50/50 timesharing arrangement or for the current arrangement you want for your family and for the best interests of your minor children.
